We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our in-house team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The ideal candidate will be a driving force across three core pillars of our business:

[2] Operational Excellence – working closely with our team and partners to establish and maintain smooth, scalable systems while keeping productions running like clockwork.

[3] Client Experience Excellence – delivering a seamless, professional, and personable client journey from start to finish.

This is an opportunity to work directly with our company’s leadership, with a high degree of autonomy and discretion once earned. It is also an excellent opportunity to grow with a lean, innovative, and fast-paced company, driven by human values.

We have worked to create a vibrant, talented team and network of professionals and the ideal candidate for this role would build upon this existing culture.

This is a full-time, in-person role (*non-negotiable).
We have invested in a beautiful space where we can collaborate and do great work. Remote and hybrid candidates will not be considered.
